Должностные обязанности:
To prepare adaptation program for new comers. To organize and provide basic trainings.
coordinate with responsible person in eemea region. To provide tests of selling skills to each sales member to define his or her selling skills level and monitor their progress. Based on test results to run further development programs.
based on requirements, organize different kinds of trainings.Cooperate with outsourcing training companies. When trainings are past, to provide feed back and analyze results and effectiveness of trainings.
together with sales manager & hr manager to select talents and prepare individual development programs for them.
to provide trainings for sales persons of our key customers all over russia.
