Требования:
-engineering master degree or field technician work experience as an equivalent, combined with min 5-10 years of diversified international business-related experience, preferably in a service centre, including at management level,
-fluent in english and russian,
-good commercial and interpersonal skills,
-strong organizational skills,
-extensive travel is required for this position
Должностные обязанности:
-follows the market evolution in the region, identifies new opportunities and new clients requirements to recommend potential strategic investments to the management,
-leads proposal efforts and identifies new opportunities with project engineering companies,
-identifies add on sales opportunities as project matures, at either pre or post contract phases;
-is totally accountable for the execution of assigned interventions according to the contracts,
-manages the project team dynamics to ensure a harmonious and productive working atmosphere,
-manages day-to-day operational aspects and scope of the project in close coordination with the centre of excellence and with the customer,
-ensures all workshop activities are properly performed according to the intervention planning and takes final decision relative to workshop activities if required,
